While the Mackeys have officially left the island (unless they are hiding out somewhere), they did leave something behind. Apparently when we unloaded the boat on New Years Day, Terry Jr.'s flip flops got put up on the dock at the O"Farrell House. The next morning when he went to get them, one was missing. He has asked me to issue an APB for anyone who might find it. It will obviously be a left shoe, and based on the way the water was running, it should have ended up on the beach somewhere past Corona del Mar.
If anyone finds it, please let me know.
Large sized Margaritaville flip flop, not new with tags, not new, but in a condition that is still wearable, although the missing one may be a bit soggy.
“I can always sell t-shirts on the beach”. This was my mantra for many years.
My mantra became a reality six years ago. Join me on my journey in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye in the tiny country of Belize in Central America. Belize is a melting pot of people, Mayan, Kriol, Belizean, Spanish, and ex-pats from all over the world live together in a country the size of Massachusetts.
I don’t sell t-shirts, but I AM on the beach!
