Gift of Learning

Despite the non-cooperation of the weather, the 2008 Calendar Girls managed to put an exclamation point at the end of their 18 month project to provide the children at the San Pedro Roman Catholic School with a library. To see the speech read from the children, click here. For a happy bunch of kids, click here.

The dedication went off without a hitch, despite the slow drizzle, and the children were excited and happy to have the library open finally.
